Island Pride Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all ticket purchases for events hosted by Island Pride. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Ticket Sales are Final
All ticket sales are considered final once the purchase is complete. Island Pride does not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, inability to attend an event, or if you lose your ticket.
Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by Island Pride, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price, including any booking or service fees. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. We will make every effort to notify all ticket holders as soon as possible via email.
Significant Event Rescheduling
If an event is significantly rescheduled to a different date by Island Pride, you will have a limited period to request a full refund if you are unable to attend the new date. We will communicate the new date and the refund window via email. If we do not receive a refund request within the specified time frame, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds will only be processed for cancellations or significant reschedules. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will provide specific instructions on how to obtain your refund. Generally, refunds will be issued automatically, but in some cases, you may need to submit a request to tickets@islandpride.com.
Event Details
Please note that minor changes to an event, such as a change in performance times or a different artist from the original line-up, are not grounds for a refund.
We advise you to carefully check the event details, including the date, time, and venue, before completing your purchase.
